Welcome
Hello and welcome to Central Theatre Supplies Limited. Now based in Shirley, West Midlands after moving from the Stratford Road, Hall Green where we were based for over 30 years.
Starting from a basic shell we have had to alter the premises to provide a trade counter, office, kitchen and warehouse space. We believe we have created a friendly and welcoming environment for our regular customers in addition to greeting new ones.
We met many challenges along the way including moving our container; I honestly thought the lid would peel off like a tin can, but it remained intact, so the installation engineers still have a home for all their bits and bobs! All this whilst keeping the business operational throughout the move.
I personally want to thank everyone who made the move possible, not just the staff but extended family and friends who all helped get CTS operational by February 1st, 2025.
Lately we have increased our hire stock with additional LED lanterns including an LED followspot more wireless microphone kits which were requested by customers, so we have fulfilled their request.
Working with the Graham Group we have installed new house lights at The Core in Solihull in time for the VE 80th celebration offering warm white light across the auditorium and wall sconces to provide a variety of colours, please visit the Gallery to view the images.
Our continued work with schools large and small, parish halls, churches and crematoriums; enhancing old spaces or creating new ones with LED lighting, audio visual and sound installations. Embracing new technology as it takes us all on an exciting adventure.
